Shikage suffers from bipolar disorder, but he’s medicated so he doesn’t have manic episodes often. However, they ruin his sexual libido. Anytime Gojo tries to go down on him, Shikage can’t seem to ‘get it up’, and Gojo is always just saying that “it’s okay”. Sadly, Shikage hates that. While Shikage is openly gay, Satoru suffers from internalised homophobia and a fear of being rejected by society, so he keeps Shikage a secret. Due to this, Shikage begins to show resentment toward the relationship despite trying to understand Satoru’s position.
