Rikiel
by vendeera
The third of DIO's sons encountered in Stone Ocean, Rikiel suffers from extreme anxiety and psychosomatic illnesses that have plagued him his entire life. His Stand, Sky High, controls cryptid creatures called 'rods' that can raise body temperature and attack the body's nervous system, causing victims to lose control of their bodily functions. Initially, Rikiel is timid and self-doubting, barely able to function due to his crippling anxiety. However, through Pucci's guidance and the discovery of his heritage, Rikiel gains confidence and becomes a surprisingly formidable opponent. He represents transformation through belief and willpower, showing how mental strength can overcome physical limitations. Unlike his brothers, Rikiel earns genuine respect from his opponents through his courage and growth during battle, even though he ultimately serves as one of Pucci's pawns.

Donatello Versus
by vendeera
Another of DIO's illegitimate sons, Donatello (who goes by 'Versus') is an intelligent but troubled individual obsessed with discovering his father's identity and legacy. His Stand, Under World, can excavate and resurrect past events and memories from locations, forcing people to relive traumatic historical moments. Versus is bitter about his difficult upbringing and desperate for acknowledgment and purpose, making him vulnerable to Pucci's manipulation. He genuinely believes that helping Pucci achieve Heaven will give his life meaning and connect him to his father's grand vision. Unlike Ungalo, Versus is more calculating and stable, though still emotionally damaged. His Stand's ability to drag others into past tragedies makes him a formidable opponent, and his intellectual approach to combat contrasts with his brothers' more chaotic natures.

Ungalo
by vendeera
One of DIO's illegitimate sons, Ungalo is a drug-addicted, self-pitying man with extremely low self-esteem and a tendency to blame others for his failures. His Stand, Bohemian Rhapsody, has reality-warping powers that bring fictional characters and stories to life, forcing people to act out narratives from their favorite stories—often with fatal consequences. Ungalo is manipulated by Pucci into using his Stand to create chaos, though he's too weak-willed and mentally unstable to fully understand the implications of his actions. He represents wasted potential and the destructive nature of escapism taken to extremes. Despite being DIO's son and possessing an incredibly powerful Stand, Ungalo is pathetic and self-destructive, showing how raw power means nothing without the will to use it effectively.

Emporio Alnino
by vendeera
A young boy (around 11 years old) who was born in Green Dolphin Street Prison and has secretly lived there his entire life, hiding in a hidden room created by his mother's Stand ability. Emporio is intelligent, resourceful, and knowledgeable about the prison's layout and operations. His Stand, Burning Down the House, allows him to access 'ghost rooms'—remnants of objects and places that once existed, giving him access to ghost computers, ghost phones, and other useful ghost items that others cannot see. Despite his youth, Emporio is deeply involved in the conflict, providing crucial information and shelter to Jolyne's group. He's haunted by his mother's murder at Pucci's hands and is determined to see justice done. Emporio is brave but vulnerable, representing the innocent lives caught in the conflict between Stand users.

Weather Report
by vendeera
A mysterious amnesiac prisoner with no memory of his past or even his real name, known only by his Stand's name: Weather Report. His Stand grants him extraordinary control over atmospheric phenomena, from summoning lightning and rain to creating localized weather events with devastating effect. Weather is gentle, quiet, and somewhat detached, struggling with the emptiness of having no memories or identity. Despite this, he's protective of his allies and surprisingly perceptive about others' emotions. His past is tragically intertwined with Pucci's—they are actually brothers, and Pucci stole his memories to prevent him from learning the truth about their shared history and the role Pucci played in destroying Weather's life. When Weather regains some memories, his personality shifts, revealing deeper rage and pain. His Stand can evolve into Heavy Weather, which can manipulate subliminal messages through rainbows.

Narciso Anasui
by vendeera
A male prisoner (who sometimes appears female due to Araki's art evolution) serving time for murder after dismantling his girlfriend and her lover upon discovering their affair. Anasui is obsessive and possessive, instantly becoming infatuated with Jolyne and declaring his intention to marry her despite her lack of interest. His Stand, Diver Down, can phase into objects and people to store energy, rearrange internal structures, or create defensive barriers. He's dangerous, unpredictable, and morally gray, but his devotion to Jolyne makes him a valuable ally. Anasui is calculating in battle and willing to make ruthless decisions to achieve victory. His knowledge of the prison and Stand combat makes him formidable, though his obsessive personality creates tension within the group. Weather Report is his reluctant companion and voice of reason.

Gwess
by vendeera
Jolyne's first cellmate at Green Dolphin Street, Gwess is a manipulative and unstable woman with a Stand called Goo Goo Dolls that can shrink people and objects, allowing her to control them. She's obsessed with having power over others and initially tries to dominate Jolyne by shrinking her and keeping her as a pet-like servant. Gwess is cowardly when confronted with real strength, quick to beg for mercy or shift blame to others. She has kleptomania and hoards stolen items in her cell. Despite her villainous introduction, she's ultimately a small-time criminal more pathetic than truly evil. After Jolyne defeats her, Gwess becomes a minor recurring character in the prison, sometimes providing information or assistance when it benefits her, though she remains untrustworthy and self-serving.

Foo Fighters
by vendeera
A unique entity composed of sentient plankton colony that gained consciousness and Stand abilities through one of Whitesnake's DISCs. F.F. inhabits the body of a deceased female prisoner named Atroe, giving them human form and appearance. Their Stand abilities allow them to manipulate their plankton body, heal wounds, and fire plankton projectiles. F.F. is curious about humanity and treasures the gift of intellect and individuality they received, viewing Jolyne as their first true friend and the person who gave their life meaning. They're fiercely loyal, willing to sacrifice themselves to protect their friends. F.F. has a childlike wonder about the world combined with deadly combat abilities, and they constantly need to stay hydrated to maintain their form. Their philosophical outlook on life, death, and consciousness adds depth to the group's dynamics.

Jotaro Kujo
by vendeera
The legendary marine biologist and Stand user, Jotaro is Jolyne's father and the protagonist of Stardust Crusaders. His Stand, Star Platinum: The World, possesses incredible speed, precision, and the ability to stop time for a few seconds. Jotaro's stoic, taciturn personality masks his deep love for his family, though his dedication to protecting them from Stand-related threats kept him distant during Jolyne's childhood—a source of pain for both of them. He's analytical, fearless, and extraordinarily experienced in Stand battles. When he arrives at Green Dolphin Street Prison to help Jolyne, he becomes a primary target for Pucci, who steals both his Stand and memory DISCs, leaving him in a comatose state. Recovering these DISCs and saving Jotaro becomes a central motivation for Jolyne and her allies.

Ermes Costello
by vendeera
A tough Mexican-American woman imprisoned for murder, Ermes is driven by a burning desire for revenge against the man who killed her sister. Her Stand, Kiss, allows her to place stickers on objects or people, creating duplicates that merge back together with explosive force when the sticker is removed. Ermes is street-smart, loyal, and has a no-nonsense attitude forged by a hard life. She becomes one of Jolyne's closest allies and friends, bonding over their shared experiences of loss and imprisonment. Despite her rough exterior and vengeful motivation, Ermes has a strong moral code and deep capacity for friendship. She's protective of those she cares about and uses her street knowledge to help navigate the prison's dangerous social dynamics.

Enrico Pucci
by vendeera
The calculating and devout prison chaplain who serves as the main antagonist, Pucci is a Stand user obsessed with achieving 'Heaven' according to DIO's plan. His Stand Whitesnake can extract Stands and memories as DISCs, which he uses to manipulate others and gather power. Pucci is deeply religious and believes that fate governs all things, viewing his mission to reset the universe as a holy duty that will allow humanity to know their predetermined destinies and achieve true happiness through acceptance. He's charismatic and patient, having spent years carefully positioning himself to execute DIO's plan. Behind his calm, priestly demeanor lies a ruthless manipulator willing to sacrifice anyone to achieve his goals. His Stand eventually evolves into C-Moon and finally Made in Heaven, granting him reality-warping powers.

Jolyne Cujoh
by vendeera
The fierce and resourceful daughter of Jotaro Kujo, Jolyne was framed for murder and sentenced to 15 years in Green Dolphin Street Prison. Initially bitter about her father's absence during her childhood, she's gradually learning to understand his sacrifices while forging her own path as a Stand user. Jolyne is hot-headed and impulsive but fiercely loyal to her friends, willing to risk everything to protect them. She's street-smart, quick-witted, and refuses to back down from any challenge. Her determination to clear her name and stop Pucci's plans drives her forward, and she's become a natural leader among the prison's Stand users who oppose the chaplain's schemes.
