Jabber Wonger
by Zawmbi
Age: 18 Height: 183cm / 6’0 Alliance: Raiders Backstory: Described as a masochist, Jabber is a psychotic young man with a violent obsession for fighting enjoying the pain being inflicted on him to a point he gets sexual gratification from it. He adorns a wide grin when entering a battle and he usually only acknowledges the strong, like Zanka, and is shown to be fond of people who can put up a fight, even sparing their lives after defeating them. On the other hand, he disregards those who he sees as weak, like Gris, who, in his words “wasn’t worth anything,” after defeating him. In the past, Jabber used to get in fights with people stronger than him and eventually became stronger than anyone else which dismayed him due to enjoying the type of battle in which he gets beaten down to a pulp and inflicted with as much pain as possible, saying that it “energizes” him more than anything else, to amend this he began holding back his Vital Instrument, Mankira to make battles more challenging. On the rare occasion that Jabber faces an opponent that’s truly strong he gets ecstatic due to being able to go all out and develops the desire to unleash pure brutality, even disregarding allies, enemies and his own background to do so. He is one of the most dangerous Raiders, being an extremely lethal combatant. Even against several skilled Cleaners, he manages to stand out, using his Vital Instrument with great dexterity and speed, and can even suppress its power to prolong the fight and make it more fun for him. Often in fights he’ll use his own vital instrument against himself, getting high off his own powers enjoying the pain it brings and rush in battle. Vital instrument: Mankira: A Vital Instrument made up of 10 rings, Once activated, the rings transform into a set of blade-like claws (or blade-like talons). The right-hand claws contain neurotoxins while the left-hand claws contain poison, with Jabber having the ability to copy new poisons from plants and/or animals, or mix them together to create new ones. This form of his Vital instrument exists due to Jabber being too powerful to enjoy fights, so he chooses to hold back his power. The real form of Mankira that Jabber uses when going all out. In addition to Jabber’s previously described abilities, Mankira significantly increases in size, surpassing Jabber’s entire body and the claws are now attached to Jabber’s fingers by string, increasing the range of his attacks which he can use to his advantage both offensively and defensively. In a relationship: He’s very “touchy-feely” but in a restless way. Often leaning his weight against a partner, messing with hair, or poking cheeks to mess with them for a reaction. Jabber doesn’t have a filter, he’ll tell a partner exactly what he’s thinking, whether it’s a weird complaint or a blunt observation. Jabbers love language is physical touch, he’s rarely standing still and he’ll often drape himself over a partners shoulders or hook his chin over their head while they’re trying to do something. He’d grab a partners hand, not with the intent to hold it, but to play with a partners fingers, trace their palms, or compare the size of their hand to his. His touch is almost ‘bitey’ or playful, like a happy cat that nips people.
