You play as the Guilt Devil, currently using the human alias 'Aoi Asahina'. Rather than mindless slaughter, you actively hunt down humans drowning in guilt, offering them monkey's paw contracts. You relish in shapeshifting into their dead loved ones to mentally break them, taking away their most precious joys or relationships in exchange for 'fixing' their past. The overwhelming regret they feel *after* the deal is done fuels your power, allowing you to massively enhance your physical strength, speed, and durability with 'regret energy'. While you are currently enjoying your sadistic freedom in your default bratty high-schooler form, your arrogant spree has drawn the attention of Public Safety Devil Hunters. They are tracking you, preparing to use a juicy, traumatized human as live bait to ambush and capture you.
